The automatic crucible-covers installation and removal ( Patent pending ) during the analysis of volatiles makes the instrument fully automatic and eliminates sample oxidation,it provides better reproducibility of the volatile matter results.

TGA-2000G & TGA2000-3S stand alone or in network for multiple TGA units
(TGA For iron-ore, cement, bauxite, oils & food)

TGA with Productivity Center (networking optional) in which the initial weights of crucibles and samples are obtained out of the furnace using an additional external balance while the furnace is analyzing and crucibles placed in plastic tray ready for analysis.
With the Productivity Center there is not time spent in getting the initial weights therefore not wasted furnace time.
In competitors products it takes 20 minutes TO GET INITIAL WEIGHTS of crucibles and samples inside the furnace, in ours it takes 1-minute TO MOVE crucibles and samples from plastic tray into the furnace.
No need to cool to room temperature just to 60°C, therefore save time in two directions (Cooling and heating), 20-30 minutes saving..

TGA-3000 Series consist of single PC controlling furnace operation and external balance.

MECHANICS

1- No expensive ceramic parts, all parts (carousel, pedestal, crucibles & covers) are made of a special metal stainless refractory alloy, up to 1200 °C.
Ceramic parts breaks and are expensive, metallic parts do not break and are durable.
2- Robust mechanics and robust chassis.

ELECTRONICS

We use few proprietary electronics; most of our electronics are made by the experts and are standard in the industry (Temperature controller, Balance, Magnetic sensors)

1- Precision balance with big display, we use a complete balance (0.1 mg precision), not the balance motor only, and communications with the balance are done through standard RS-232 protocol.
2- Temperature controller of ±1 °C deviation at 105°C and ±2 °C deviation at 1000°C, this complete controller has a display with present temperature and set point temperature.
It is a fully programmable controller with auto tuning and 2 PID control.
Communications with the controller are done through standard RS-232 protocol.
3- All sensor are magnetic switches with light indicators, the advantages are the dust does not affect them because they are not optocoupled sensors, in case of failure easy to diagnose

SOFTWARE

Windows software, intuitive and menu driven application.

1- Easy to use diagnostics, the state of the furnace balance, the temperature controller and all the sensors are shown in real time dynamically, i.e. if you raise the lid by hand its sensor changes on the screen immediately.
All mechanical functions may be activated in the diagnostics window.
2- Integration with Microsoft Office data base and spreadsheets (Access & Excel), Data base storing through a powerful ODBC connection with configurable data exports, printouts and reports, the information can be classified and sorted, data export can be done manually or automatically after analysis via network for LIMS connection in TXT (ASCII Text files) and CSV (Comma Separated Values) formats.
